Nirali PatelHorrible Salon. They charge a lot and do not give a good service. I went for facial threading and waxing, after the appointment my face was completely red. I complained to the staff and she reluctantly put ice on it and claimed it will reduce and that the reaction is normal. I explained this has never happened before and she was not ready to listen. 4 days later and face is still sore with redness and lots of spots from the waxing. Very bad salon which charges high prices but uses very poor and cheap products. Also the therapists are useless and do not care if you leave looking like a tomato

vinija vijayanThe towel used to wrap hair after shampoo and sheet used to wrap during haircutting were not clean.They dont sterile the comb after using on a person.i was shocked when the person who came to attend me used a comb which was already being used on another lady next to me. When I asked the staff they informed that the combs are sterilized at the beginning of the day only.i dint expect this from a high profile saloon like Ambika Pillai. I was also not satisfied with the hair cut. Had to further trim one side after blowbdrying. This was my 4th visit to the saloon and it would be my last.Hygiene is my top most priority.h
