This home nursing service is the first one I have ever tried and sad to say, I had a terrible experiance with it. I had asked the agency to provide me with someone for baby care while I was admitted in the hospital for delivery. The first person who came for the service left us in the hospital only saying she cannot stay in a hospital and stay up when the baby cries in the night. Then the agency gave me a second person for the same service, who turned out to be even worse. She slept on a chair with my new born baby in her hands and complaints about food if there is no non veg for lunch. She wants to take rest and sleep more than me, though it was me who just gave birth and required rest. She is still with me and I am desperately looking for alternatives. And then there is a third one, a cook who comes part time to my house from this agency who refuses to come on time, is always late, but always leave early(their time is 8 am to 4 pm, which always turns out to be 9 to 2). If you say anything to her, her ego gets hurt and reflects in the food she makes. Hence, I would never ever recommend this agency for anyone. There are many more agencies all around kerala which is much better than this one!!
