Prasanth MI have very bad experience with ajith hyundai. Please do not buy car from ajith Hyundai. When you are approaching them to buy a car, they will offer you plenty of offers & promises. But they will refuse the the offering promises. They will not accept the free service. In that time we have to approach different delars... So please approach any other delars for buy Hyundai car.

Syed KhanI am based out of Bangalore and we had been planning a road trip for long in our dream SUV-Hyundai Creta (high end Petrol version). Two of my best friends flew down from North India to join me on the much advanced planned road trip since this was going to be a life time experience, all of us were elated and excited. We started from Bangalore to Kerala from where we were to head towards Goa, covering almost 3400 Kms. After driving for almost 600 Kms, our excitement turned into a nightmare because the AC stopped working!!!! The disappointment was written all over our faces. The heat was terrible and we immediately started driving without AC towards Trivandrum. Once we reached there we decided to get the car checked at Ajith Hyundai in Trivandrum. We were astounded to see the warm welcome, the staff was too courteous and offered us all kind of refreshements. Since it was a saturday and we gave the car at 3 PM we were worried if they can get the car rectified in 3 hrs as the closing time of the service station was 6 PM and followed by two days back to back holidays. Mr. Nazimuddin the Service Manager immediatly swung into action and called his team and they started to check the fault.They checked every part of AC right from fuses to compressor and what not, they relentlessly worked non stop for 3 hours but couldnt identify the problem, and offered us another car to be dropped into the hotel. we started getting panicked but at 9.30 PM we got a call that they have identified the problem and have changed the compressor of the car and the car was working fine. To our surprise they dropped the car to our hotel at 10.30 PM and did not charge us a single rupee !!!! I have been driving for the last 30 years and i have never seen such a service and courtesy which was shown by Mr. Nazimudduin and his Service Advisor, Mr Nahas. Kudos to these gentlemen for helping us and reaffirming the fact that as long as these gentlemen are there on our service the travellers need not to worry, we really really appreciate this gesture and thank you very much Ajith Motors.
