A Google UserI would never recommend this hotel to anyone, it really sucks.. the waiting time kills you, 1 hour to get starter salad, when you are the sole customer is really ridiculous. the only thing I liked is the iced delight coffee, we ordered prawns and squid but they said its not available, and later it was served to some other customers !!! Not a place to hang out, it just spoils the day and sucks out your energy...

A Google UserI was spending three months in Trivandrum and I went there at least once a week. Therefore I tried almost everything on the menu and I can say: I really loved that place! Reading though the other comments, I am quite surprised about some of them. Coming from Germany, I spent quite a few holidays in Italy and I am aware that the food is not 100 % authentic. But they try their best and the food was delicious, anyway. I tried "European" food multiple times when I was in India and I was literally always disappointed except at Casa Bianca and in the Taj Hotel. My favorite dish at Casa Bianca was: Tomato Salad (Starters), Cucumber Lime Juice and Chicken Provencial for around 400 Rs altogether. Now I am back in cold Berlin and I really miss that place.
