Anup NairI visited this office to get my license details updated. It is a VERY crowded place teeming with scores of customers. The people attending the counters, especially the fast track ones seemed not to be able to handle the high volume of queries and applications. I however felt that one of them was patient and did her best to handle all queries professionally despite the situation sometimes getting quite volatile as customers grew impatient. I was pleasantly surprised to get my issue sorted in just over an hour. Thanks folks!

Sutheesh NairOn the Third floor, always crowded. only working from 10 am to 1 pm, and they open up only by 10.30 am. A customer friendly person must be there in help desk, All staff must be customer friendly, They must not forget that, they are living on Public tax money. And its there purpose to serve the public. Not to be rude and demanding to public
