Took a cab for 6 hrs 60 km and was told 900 Rs for this package.The distance was from Domestic airport to UST Global Kulathur to poojapura and back to airport. As I was monitoring the km and was coming around 40Km in total to my surprise the driver said it is total 82 km ( double the actual ) and need to give 1200. The RAAS people were arguing saying google map is incorrect More than this they have not given a bill for the same and when I insisted THE OFFICE PERSON HAS INFORMED THE DRIVER NOT TO DROP ME IN THE AIRPORT INSTEAD GET HER TO OUR OFFICE IF SHE NEEDS BILL. i HAD ASKED THE DRIVER TO GO THE AIRPORT POLICE TO SETTLE BUT HE JUST WENT WIT THE MONEY HE GOT. .As it was flight timing and was not having time to waste I had settled giving 1000RS even though the driver was not ready to take. I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING IN TAXI IN TRIVANDRUM FOR SO MANY YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME AN UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR TO THE COSTOMERS AND CHEATING BY PUTTING DOUBLE THE KM AND NOT PROVIDING THE BILL. IT SEEMS THESE PEOPLE PLY WITHOUT GIVING BILL. DRIVER NAME WAS VISHNU AND HE CAB NUMBER IS KL22J8111 PLEASE TRY TO AVOID BOOKING THROUGH THIS AGENCY

We had taken Rass travels for our to and fro travel between Trivandrum and Varkala last weekend. While booking it was told that we would be charged for 55 + 55 = 110 kms ie 1250/-. But to our great surprise once reached Varkala, the driver told the distance covered is 70 kms and we would be charged for 70+70 =140 ie 1550. I can understand there could be an error of 2-5 kms but how come it increased to 15 kms. Not sure whether the driver had no idea about the route or he had deliberately taken a long distance. Was really disappointed. We cancelled our return booking from Rass travels and took a cab from hotel. Well the distance came around 53 km. . .!!!
