Jacob JohnService advisor (SA) dealing was poor . My first visit to this service centre was a disappointment. Came in for a small work and the SA didnt take the vehicle to the work bay even after 45min . When i complained the SA cited unavailability of vehicle lifts & assured it will be taken immediately . Waited again for 5-10mins with none taking the vehicle. The SA should have the decency to tell there will be a delay in the begining or atleast in between and i would have come back some other day- He simply didnt seemed to be bothered about keeping custs waiting and respecting their time. Many customers to this place are from technopark area and time spent out during working hrs is precious for them. I finally got annoyed and took the vehicle and drove out..Didnt give a one star as the mechanic Mr Nibu who diagnosed the small issue was quite meticoulus and the general staff in the showroom was courteous.

Sudheer NairBetter than enchakkal service centre. Occasionally, they try to sell items which are not essential. I have seen mechanics struggle to change spark plugs or brake pads. Currently, customer lounge is being renovated and you will not be able to watch service being done.
