Neatness on the lower side. Even after conveying them to wash their hands and use neat equipment; I got an eye infection after a facial procedure. Moreover my money was also missing. They were rude, when I checked with them politely; if they have got anything while cleaning the salon. I could have easily accused them. But I was rather polite. Professionalism is needed to a very large extent.
