nitin gandhiI am a titan eye plus customer since one year, i had purchased 3 frames from titan eye till now, the total purchase till today is of 13300 approx. I am writing this review for the following reason. I had purchased one frame from titan eye Ahmednagar showroom one year back, the frame was worth rs, 1495 + glasses extra. 3 days back the right stick of frame got broke at the bend while folding the frame. There was no any knowing effort made to break it. It just got broke. I was in shock that how could a frame from titan eye could just break in one year when company claims all the products and material is original and have passed stringent quality test. The frames from local optician also does not get break so early, i was using frames taken form local optician before going for Titan Eye frames, and those frames are still in good condition after using it for 2-3 years. Comparing the cost and brand value titan eye is not giving the upto mark quality products as compared to cost and quality with local and other brands frames. When someone is paying 3-4 times more for your brand you should give products of that quality and potential. I went to showroom with the issue, and the answer i got was my warranty has gone and there is no option other than buying a new frame. I requested them to atleast once inform higher management or discuss the issue with them and see if there is any thing they can do. First of all they told me you only contact customer care and tell them about the issue. After requesting them for many times later they agreed to write to customer care and discuss the issue with them. I never had thought i would face such type of experience from titan eye which is an TATA brand.
