Abdulquadir PresswalaWorst experience ever. Had called this guy named Vishal from R. K. computers to repair my PC expecting it to be a professional service but liittle did i know i was in for a major fraud. I had my doubts when he was unable to diagnose the problem but i didnt raise a concern since he had completely occupied me in his sugar coated talks. Whilst checking for the fault in an unorganised manner he ended up with our motherboard in sparks and smoke but mentioned this happens during diagnostic. When i raised a concern he pointed out that the motherboard was faulty hence the sparks and smoke but i questioned why did it happen now whilst he was checking and never before to which he said he would repair the motherboard and the PC would work fine. I didnt approve of his ways but gave in thinking he is an expert and also i just wanted the PC to start working. After repairing the motherboard he came back and checked if the issue was resolved but to everyones dismay the problem was as it is. Now he realised the power supply was not working and he had forgotten to check it first and in all probability the motherboard was fine before it caught sparks due to incorrect diagnosis. We had already paid him a hefty amount for the repairs and now he doesnt wish to return the money, nor do the required repairs, not even pick up our calls and when he does he threatens us to do as we please. So please avoid losing your precious time , money and peace of mind and avoid crooks and cheaters like Vishal from R. K. Computer solution and service.
