This guy, forget about helping me, he didnt know how to talk to people when they call. Withot even listening to me he started explaining me that i am using the wrong term and wasting his time, as he was rushing towards office. If I am using the rong term, you can always listen to my requirement and tell me what you call, I am not a CA, it is your job and after all why did I come to you. He straight away told me he is very busy and disconnected the call, if you are busy well and good we understand, but there is a way you can ask people for time.
