    The service centre offers a lot of amenities and services including lunch for those waiting for their car to be serviced. Service staff are polite and professional.

    Extremely poor customer experience for servicing. Does not feel like a premium brand experience. Long waiting time despite having service appointment for delivering vehicle for servicing. No professionalism and sense of time commitment. Staff and service advisors are not polished. Serious concern over degrading Toyota brand value and sense of quality with such outlets and that too very far for customers in Pune city where Toyota has a solid customer footprint

    Gave my Etios Liva for repair. First of all I did not get full insurance coverage as iffco agent Santosh was not at all supportive and professional.Santosh hardly responded to calls and messages.Sharayu asked me to come on a particular Sunday to take car and kept me waiting for more than 3 hours saying 5 mins everytime after being asked multiple times.Expected them to be bit professional.I visited this centre twice and both the times all the parameters were not checked as per job card because of which I ended up wasting time.Also my phone car charger was missing and never got it back.On the way back after getting car , it was not starting after parking at a place.Called roadside assistance and got to know that battery screws were left loose which stopped the current from flowing.

    Does it matter ????? Nevertheless let me share with all that this is not a Toyota place. There is not even a single activity of what I have seen and experienced as a professional Toyota outlet.staff is all low grade, no priority of a customer, just keep passing the work to someone else under the same umbrella till you are sick and tired. Yes tea and coffee counter is there but go and fetch one for urself. Excuses are ample for not undertaking any work. So called the managers and senior heads of various sections,u will not find them to address any issue on the spot. Their phones will b switched off or never reachable. Management revamp and may b direct control of Toyota is must to provide the esteemed customer satisfaction being maintained in the past. A nightmare and horrifying experience of sharayu Toyota bhosari Pune Maharashtra. Overall well below the rated single star also. I am taking up the issues with the higher management of Toyota Kirloskar in india. Spend a minute to share the view to stop this nonsense.

    Not as good as DSK but now that DSK is not functional, this is the only option in Pune .
