Worst customer service that we have come across. The delivery wich was supposed to be done by 12 pm was not done even till 4 pm and when we contacted the owner MS. JYOTI BANGAD she said its the customers responsibility to make sure the parcel reaches on time. She did not listen to any of our concerns and was repeatedly only saying that you should have called earlier. How can ppl with such unprofessional attitude operate an online store and claim to give 100 percent customer support and service given that their service is totally pathetic . Never again will i order from this store.
