Service this agency provides is not good. Their customer desk is always rude, do not provide helpful information. You can expect delivery of cylinder minimum. after 5 days week after the slip is generated. If you are working which is most of the times case with people living in hinjewadi and wakad area you will not know when the delivery boy will delivery the cylinder since there is no way to contact the delivery person as no contact number is provided neither customer desk gives any helpful information . Very bad service.

This is the only HP gas agency around Wakad and Hinjewadi. Though located much inside from main road, this service is prompt and on time. I had to visit them only once when I transferred my connection from my old home to Wakad. The service engineer was sent promptly and the staff was also very polite and helpful.
