Suzuki has great performance two wheeler. But the people at this show room make the great work of the company go in the dark. 1. The people in the showroom do not care about the customers. 2. They do not have respect to the customer when talking to the customers. All are very arrogant and lazy people. 3. I took my vehicle to free servicing. The so- called arrogant person did not even look at me when saying today we will not take your vehicle for servicing. They asked me to go back. I stay 8 Km away from the showroom. 4. People here lie that they called you to your number when vehicle documents are ready to be received. When you check your phone calls, there is no number in the list. My advise : Suzuki motors are great. The customer experience is hell at this showroom. You will feel like they are doing some kind of favour to you by talking to you(they have their all attention in their mobile). I am guessing other Shiv Suzuki Rider showrooms are great. I should have visited those Telco Road Chinchwad branch for purchase and servicing.

The only reason I got my Gixxer delivered from here is because other dealerships were very far away and I needed bike as quickly as possible. The only one helpful person here is an old gentleman who is very polite and helpful. Rest of the people are mostly rude salespeople or technicians with limited know-how. I still hoped of having better experience during first servicing of bike but such was not the case. A lot of optional services were included with the mandatory ones when I got the bill and I was not even asked whether I wanted those or not. Hence for second servicing I went to Heera Suzuki, Kasarwadi where I am truly satisfied. Planning to do all of my servicing there, although it is 22kms from where I live
