Idea is loosing customers due to such unprofessional at their store !" Lead of this center is very unprofessional and not sharing any status of sim card activation. I am chasing Rani More and Team from July 27 and Today is 22 August but Team is not well educated and Not doing thier Job properly. Worst experience at this Idea service center. They were rude and unprofessional. This one of the reasons why Idea is loosing its customers. I will Request to Idea to close these type of store and try to maintain their status.

Very bad service, I submit 4 time document for porting but simply they told document reject reason sign not match ,back end problem , aadhar not match, photo not clear, God know whether they use document for my sim porting or they misuse my document for giving sim to new customer using my Company ID proof
