Executives who are sitting in koprgaon service center are tottaly disgusting and hopeless. They are misguiding to customers. When i was mate to regarding my mobile battery issue he tell me that ur battery life is over and now it can not be replaced because warranty period is only for 6 months. And according to my bill copy warranty is for 12 months. So i m totally harrashed because of Samsung services.
