SYS Com places emphasis on selling domain names. That’s obviously their core business model. While they do offer a large number of web hosting plans, these are not that obvious on the website and don’t feel particularly competitive. In addition, I really had to dig deep and navigate several pages to get all the information I needed. It’s not just the expensive plans that didn’t impress. SYS Com’s Website Builder - the cheapest hosting plan - struck me as poor value. It costs about the same as a low-cost shared hosting plan; the only difference is that SYS Com removes all of the technical jargon and simply concentrate on getting the user online. With a 5-page limit on the lowest price band, it seems silly to spend money on this when you can easily build a good WordPress website or template site elsewhere for free. If you want to keep all your domain management and hosting in one place, SYS Com will probably cut you a pretty good deal, and their massive capacity is not to be sniffed at. However, you sacrifice live chat customer service tools, and you don’t get access to industry-standard control panels. While they market their products at budget users, the ridiculously confusing website layout and lack of a money-back guarantee are major minus points.

I did not want my site to be down for most of the time since I really am here for a business. Plus, I had a limited budget which added to my problems of finding the perfect web hosting company. Fortunately, I found syscom, and what I can say from my personal experience is that the web services are excellent! My experience with this web hosting company has remained brilliant and customer support, oh don’t even ask, it is so amazing and highly responsive. I found it that the customer support team was always so ready to help at any time and it is this positive attitude that has made me stick to this reliable host for past three years! Now I would just say that sys com latur is absolutely rocking! Phone support was fast, friendly, and most importantly they are good at what they do. They helped me recover some emails that I accidentally deleted during some account setup. That saved me from having to face my teenage daughter explaining that I dumped 74 of her emails by mistake. Whew! Crisis averted! Thanks a million, sys com Hosting!! Very happy with web hosting service, I own several domains and hosting accounts with you. Have been custom since December 2007 and have had very few problems or questions but those I did have were answered or resolved very quickly. Nice and friendly support. I had trouble transferring my website from another hosting company to sys com. The tech support people of inmotion help me go through the process smoothly. Fantastic support. Very quick reply via email. Had my business up and running within an hour after the problem was highlighted I am all new to this, but the service I got the first time surpassed my expectation. Keep at it!! Response was quick and they were very professional answering all my questions. I had some newbie questions about websites and templates and they were very patient with me and instructive. I was impressed.
