I just hs food there. Once had gone gor north indian food n once for fast food.... Both experience in terms of foid, service was very nice

Poor fast food quality.. Not expected this from kailash parbat chain of hotels.. Also the staff and management is quite rude. The are also into unethical and illegal practices like selling package drinking water at double the MRP and then charge taxes over it. After the govt. Rule no hotel or restaurant can charge over and above the MRP. The MRP printed on the bottle was Rs20 and they billed Rs45 plus 12% GST. Even after infirming them about the law the management was rude and asked me to raise a complain wherever i wish to.. Too many eating options in lonavala but this one surely not recommended.
