We had a one day stay hotel. Nice hospitality. But food was not at par of 5star hotel. Games,pool,swimming pool, slides and all staff was nice and good but only the food was not at best my experience. Road to the hotel was pathetic. With all potholes very much long from highway because of front door locked or sealed because of some government rules reasons we have to walk long to get in this hotel. Every thing else was best. Location view, cleanliness, greeting, and park. 5star

Its an amazing place with amazing facilities. The unique thing here is its in house water park and a temperature controlled indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was good as well. The service staff are very courteous and greets you everything you meet them. Other then that the gym, the fun zone and spa facility adds to the overall experience

Excellent place to hangout with family and friends..! Amazing food , clean rooms , beautiful hotel property with games and sport activities for children. The staff is very co-operative , helpful and polite.

Customer Service

One of the Good Hotels in Lonavala and Khandala. The room views are beautiful and scenic and the food and hospitality is awesome... You also save on the traffic Jams while entering Lonavala.. as this hotel is is right at the beginning.. saving you a good 30 to 40 minutes on long weekends..

The resort is quite huge since they also have a water park in the same campus. They also have a big lawn for any banquet events. This place is very good for company seminars, trainings etc as they have good infrastructure like halls, rooms, dining areas. The food is average, I enjoyed the Poori-Sabji in the breakfast, curries in the lunch-dinner. Lobby and the reception is also good, but need some renovation after being used for so many years. Some of the rooms, common areas need maintenance and it will be great if a overhauling is done.
