Amazing place to stay. Like an holiday for each day. Very less rent and good for people working in Hinjewadi. You will have electricity issues due to frequent power cuts, buts lift and corridor light remain on by generator. Cell phone signal is an issue Club house and swimming pool facilities are yet to be started, which seems a drawback. Internet and TV Are available but charging exorbitant rates for installation and maintenance and does not allow others to install also. Good people community which makes stay easy. Bsic shops are available which helps daily needs and rest can be stored for a week. self vehicle becomes absolutely necessary. Socity van is there but has low frequency of 2hours.

Advantages: 1. Extremely low rents(as low as Rs. 4000 Per month) 2. Green and landscaped surroundings with views of Hill and lake. Have seen people visiting just for photography sessions in monsoon. 3. Managed society with huge Park with Amphitheatre, Kids play area, Full Basketball Court (operational), Swimming pool, club house 4. Clean and pollution(air, noise) free environment 5. Backdoor and traffic free entry directly into Hjnjewadi Phase 2 via Embassy Tech Zone if you show a valid Xrbia resident proof(like Xrbia Entry Sticker or Rent agreement to ETZ security. 6. Unlimited parking space. Minor consideration to make current; 1. Own vehicle, at least a 2 wheeler but almost everyone has it already else a resale vehicle is always available nearby or online. 2. Small shopping area for daily needs but you can always drive down to larger shops near Entry Gate or better stock up your grocery from Dmart Hjnjewadi for a week. 3. Occasional Powercuts and low Mobile reception, but this happens in all the places in Pune

No proper water, electricity supply. Water quality bad. Electricity autooff 20-25 time in a day, due to which electronic device damage. Lift service in building very poor, if electric goes it stop working for 10-15 minute, management know about same but no work. Swimming pool only for kids, no wastage management. Management charging mantainance charges but not ready to switch on both lift in all building.
