We had the worst customer experience at this place. I should not have given 1 star as well. We bought a good amount of tiles from here for flooring and wall cladding.After asking they gave us some discount for our purchase. While buying, they told us to buy 1 box less than buying 1 box extra as they wont take the boxes back and they assured that they will provide us additional boxes in case we are short of tiles. While doing the work, we realised that we are falling short of 2 boxes so we called them and ordered for the extra tiles. When we came to collect those boxes and they informed us that they will be giving those extra boxes at MRP without a single penny of discount. Their sales person Mr. Avtar Singh was also very rude and his attitude was like the customer is in need and he has to pay now as they are short of tiles. I would say the WORST customer experience at this place.

Expect a Delay in delivery as thier warehouse is far away. Also no calls from their side. I had to call several times to take the delivery of tiles.
