    Kindly provide ala contact number which is well answered to solve our queries. The existing number is either not answered or if answered then disconnected.

    The helpline Nos. provided are either not answered or if answered does not provide a satisfied answer and in that case we have to visit the institute. some officials there on the 4th floor do provide the answer but in a very rude way. Thanks to Mrs. Leena K. on the 4th floor, her horrific rudeness made me realize the importance of being polite!! Its high time ICAI train employees to be polite and to have basic etiquette to speak at least to its own members. I do understand that there are sometimes stressful times for any employees and I usually do not write negative reviews but I have received the same response whenever I have visited the Institute. Hope this review is taken positively for improvement.

    EPBAX system has serious problem. No one picks up for hours. System does not work at all.

    It is a great place to do ITT and GMCS because of excellent faculty. It takes time to reach the place. So prepare well in advance to be on time

    A great place to get Employment, good working space, best roads in Mumbai with no pot holes. If anyone is interested to visit BKC and if you are not from Bandra then you have to do is take a train to "Bandra Station" walk towards east as you get out of the station there are a number of Auto rickshaws take it it will charge you around 80 - 90 rupees or if you share then it will charge upto 20 - 30 rupees depending on you destination or you can also travel through bus which will charge you around 20 - 30 rupees, but I suggest you to take a share Auto Rickshaw which will save your time in small roads of station.
