Fantastic and honest service. I was promised a service at 2 pm, however for some reason the mechanic could not come. Mr Karan was honest in admitting the miss and ensured that another mechanic is available at 4 pm. I found this honesty heart warming and I already knew that these people are serious about customer service. The mechanic reached by 4 pm. Mr Rajan reviewed the condition of the ac and communicated the issue with good detail. We then agreed on the fix. His behavior was extremely polite throughout and he did not try to upsell silly services. I really loved this experience and I will consider them for my future repairs.
