Fazulbhoys was once upon a time a reputed dearlership. They still have comparatively good condition cars but the staff at Fazulbhoy is pathetic. Their mannerisms in dealing with a customer are of poor standards. Similarly if u visit their website, it is not updated often. So if u call up their showroom on seeing a vehicle listed on their website, their staff will bluntly say that they dont have any such car in their inventory currently. In my opinion it is better to buy a car directly through a company dealerships dealing in used cars. And one more thing. Many of us must have noticed a Fazulbhoys sticker on Car number plates. It gives people an impression that it is a used car purchased from Fazulbhoys. Well, these Fazulbhoy guys give a contract to some local boys to stick their Fazulbhoy sticker on cars that are parked in a Parking lot. My neighbour was a victim to this trick. He had parked his brand new Scorpio at Mumbai Central parking lot and then found this Fazulbhoy sticker neatly stuck on his number plate. I think Fazulbhoys should maintain their once prestigious image and not resortnto such cheap publicity tactics.
