they cancelled my booking last minute and said my refund will be done in 8 working days. its been a month and i am following up for my return but the company doesnt seem interested in refunding. beware of these fake websites and companies. strongly recommend to stay away from doing any booking.

Hi All I traveled from Jammu to Jwalamukhi. Cab is very good & service is good. Driver arrived to airport on time. Driver is with us for 2 days completely.

My first experience with CCR for North India tour: Booking was very easy and after that support was also excellent as update me about all the details on time to time. Also the car condition was good and upto the mark. Overall service was good.

Worst provider, pathetic CC service and no transparency in terms and conditions(NOT CLEAR). Booked outstation cab for Mysore and in invoice it mentioned 1 day charge, so I have booked for sightseeing which I verified the same with customer care support,but got to know only 3 hour drop and not 1 day during journey. However, we got a very courteous driver, who helped in getting local cab after dropping us. Highly not recommended. Not even deserve one star.

After using Clear Car Rental three times, I strongly advise against using this service because of the lack of accountability for its drivers. First trip was ok. On my second trip, I had a 2 hour delay caused by a driver who canceled without telling us. On my third trip, my driver almost immediately demanded 1000 rupees upfront for taxes and tolls, without any labeled toll booth or receipt. After arguing with him pulled over on the side of the highway, we left the cab and sought other transport. Clear Cab was unreachable for support that entire day. Thankfully, they gave me a full refund for this awful experience after they "investigated" the details, but I am disappointed and alarmed to say that the entire incident was labeled as a "miscommunication" rather than taking any action against a dishonest driver who was clearly trying to take advantage of me and my friend. After consulting multiple sources, there is no reason we should have been charged this arbitrary amount without any valid documentation at the beginning of our journey. You are much better off booking a cab ride through a hotel or someone you know personally.

Pathetic service..cheaters!!!!! If there was option of no star I would have given that... I booked a Toyota Innova for dehradun local sightseeing and I was coming from Delhi with my parents, wife and 2 kids...from 1 day before I was calling them to share car and driver details they were saying we will share shortly.. and even on the way to dehradun I called them up around 3-4 time for the details they said we will share shortly but just half an hour before they said car is not available.. The worst part is I made 100% payment in advance..now they r even not returning the money saying it is in processing...I request you all to not avail there services..there site might look fancy but they are burglars..
