Took 8 days to sevice i20, no complaint was attended to. This is not a hyundai authorised service center but this is a local center which does not even clean the car after service.

Selecting GN Automotive for the service of my car was the WORST decision of my life!! They did a pathetic service of my car even after charging full payment. They took money for repairing the automatic key of my car and it stopped working within 15 days!! because of which I had to lock my car manually and the lock got spoilt. To fix this I called them almost 100 times but the staff there Mr Dabir and Mr Jha are the most mannerless and sick people they kept saying that someone will come but no one came then they said to get it done from somewhere else and then just stopped picking my calls!! Please dont ever give your car for servicing here. Your money will be lost and all you will get is horrific customer service!! These people should be fired !!
