The crystals of my new ring started falling one by one within 2 days of wearing it. Gave it for repair in kurla as there is no other repair centre in entire mumbai. Its so far off from my place. Got a call yesterday that it is ready. Called again to check if i can pick up today. They said yes. After i send a person to collect they send him away saying it is not ready. And when i call them asking about it they say its not ready yet and call was done by mistake. After an hour i get a call from Swarovski store saying ring is ready and it was system error and not updated there.. facepalm... hate your Swarovski and hate you dumb people at the store. Never ever wud want to go there again.
