I bought a Refrigerator and was offered ₹ 1200/- as a buyback against the old refrigerator. The salesman Mandal had an agenda such that he did not deduct the ₹1200/- from the bill even though I asked for the same.More than 5 days have elapsed and they are not picking the same citing space reasons. I requested them many times citing the fact that I have to vacate the rented apartment but my request is falling on deaf ears. Shyambhai and his team of Cheaters - Beware before stepping in. A prior experience with the same owner when I bought a Song Bravia and the warranty card was not received. I called on Shyambhai since he was the dealer but he did nothing. Please do not get cheated by them. I learnt my lesson and never expected this treatment from them. Think a thousand times before dealing with Kay Bee !
