Darryl DiasI had purchased a Surface Pro 4 with Type Cover. They said the Type Cover is currently out of stock and I would have to wait for 10 days. 10 days pass and no update on the product. When I tried contacting the salesperson who sold the product, he said he was on leave and will give updates which never happened, another week passes and no response or update from them. I made a visit after all this wait and they tell me to come for purchasing any product, but not to inquire about the Type Cover as it is out of stock and will take another 15 days. After requesting for contact details of the management from the salesperson, I get a call within 2 hours that the Type Cover was available and come immediately to receive it. I should have known, this was going to be a hassle, long wait, and waste of my valuable time, when the salesman was using Apple specific term to describe a Microsoft product (Example: The Pencil support Force touch [instead of pen display and pen pressure support] and it has a 4X Retina display [instead of 4K]) It was actually 3K. The salesman also claimed to be a Microsoft salesperson. The final product was great, but the painful wait and loss of valuable time will prevent me from future purchase from this store. If you are planning to purchase Microsoft product, better go with an online alternative (Amazon), instead of dealing with a lousy salesperson and customer support.

Herald CastellinoNeed I phone service centre with extended timings. The staff response is very casual. The service centre timing need to be from 1.00 PM to 9.00PM. as many office goers visit late to the store. Due to this casual approach of staff, there is more decrease in such a mega store. Please consider this request for the better business of store.

AbhayThis is a big store with some good offers, but the staff here is very illiterate about their products. Most of them dont know any information about the electronics. You can yourself tell more about the products than them.
