Jehan ManekshawIf they place people properly, they just want to collect payment, that too over more than one year, but when things go wrong, in our case the staff members husband seems dangerous and violent, then there seems to be no response to requests for meeting or resolution. I would understand regularly paying them annually if they supervised and ensured saftey in their service, but they did nothing, their office staff is argumentative and defensive, and unhelpful. Till now waiting to speak to Director.

Shaizia JifriTerrible experience. They were most unprofessional in the way they handled business with us. Took a second deposit for another year without being straight with us on their practices. Then the person they provided put our family in danger. The agency did nothing to help or respond.

Means 6 different business opportunity for company. Kept on following for new maid but no response. After a year got a call to renew contract. Highly irresponsible housemaid hiring Dept.
