Eye checking not require till complaint , What is done is ABCD letter speaking attending by colour female and then in eye checking by male boss killing more than hour , Wasting eye Drops twice in eye, Male Boss assumed for hour procedure and can be asked to stop this practise and charging fees for no result at the end
