GIRISH NAIRVery strange to see that today is Saturday and the timings is 10.30 to 2.30pm. I called this office and one person picks and says that no no the office is closed on saturdays and sundays.. giys can we report this to the corp of LIC HFL. Well one more information is that all existing housing loan consumer can get their interest % down to almost 9% by paying some small amount..

Siddhi SawantI do not know what to write if you are actually getting the loan from LIC my personal suggestion would be that you should not go ahead and take that because once you to take the loan your life is hell. My husband took loan in 2012 on fixed rate of Interest @ 10.25% and when government reduce the rate to 9.50% the LIC charge @ 11.55% and when we ask the clarification on that they clear says it our policy and government rules do not apply and when we applied for a transfer they informed us that they are ready to provide the interest rate @ 9.55%. so rather than going to LIC its better pay additional and go for some good private banks. no option but hard heartdly giving 1 star for LIC they are useless and actual symbolises they are the real government servant who do not have vision and mision value for customer
