Priyadarshan JoshiI had given my DSC for renewal and have submitted all the documents as per the email by Nita Shinde. When I got the DSC it was not working on Income Tax Website. When I called them, they told me to "reapply" using PAN Base, and that would be treated as "new application" (read additional cost). I never got a call from them confirming about PAN base. Plus Nita Shinde cut my call abruptly. This is very rude and unprofessional. I feel robbed because I paid Rs800+ and did not get what I wanted.
