Very nice. I enjoyed a lot. Every one must stay in this hotel. Rooms good. Staff very nice. No problems at all. Good location , easy access from CST mumbai.

Pros: minimalistic, neat,cheap, superb location, near to CST, 20 mins walk to Gateway of India Cons: only one plug point in room that too far from bed so please take an extension cable box

Got a decent sized double room. The sheets and blanket were stained, bathroom was clean enough. What turned me off about this place was their attitude, which could be summed up as "tourists exist to be fleeced". You want to leave your luggage in the hallway for 2 hours, that will cost you extra. Paying by credit card... extra. Even the bottled water was sold above the government mandated rate.
