User ReviewREVIEW FOR BUENO BANDRA BRANCH AT PALI HILL. Absolutely UNCIVILISED behavior towards customers by holding deliveries indefinitely and demanding wrongful payments. Bueno uses forceful threat tactics by not releasing customer’s clothes. Couldn’t agree more with the previous review. These guys have the audacity of barging into customer’s homes unannounced during weird late hours and forcing residents to talk to random third party “head office managers” who never bothered to come on the phone when they had to address the following – 1) Damaged clothes. 2) Extensive delays in delivery on every single account. 3) Misleading and baiting their clients. Asked us to pick-up express service (that should be delivered as per standard policy) on a public holiday while store was shut. 4) Holding hostage clothes that belong to customers by repeated threatening over the phone demanding wrongful payments that should technically be void. More alarmingly there is zero protection of customer’s privacy/information. These guys will expose and share your name/ telephone number with multiple random people who will WhatsApp/ Call and chase you when it comes to collecting as little at Rs. 250/- …But try your luck calling them for damaging your clothes or repeated delays – NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. I will not reveal the names of employees who exhibited malicious behavior, as I understand the importance of identity protection but I think someone needs to look into Bueno’s notorious affairs of client harassment at the earliest. This kind of operation is not just harmful to the customer but certainly not required in a respectful neighborhood like Bandra or any part of the city for that matter. Go to your local Dry cleaner or ANY other laundry but AVOID Bueno services AT ANY COST.
