Pinky Shahmy loan account number is HHLLPM00337846. I have applied on 25th April for loan of RS 25 lacs. After giving all the documents and verification I have only received sanctioned letter before 15 days but they are not doing disbursement. Raising query all the time and passing time. I am scarred if my builder will cancel the deal then I will lost RS 5 lacs spent for registration.

Fatema LokhandwallaThe worst of the lot! My experience has been horrendous with Indiabulls Home Finance Ltd. They start your loan at an competitive interest rate and then will increase it. I started the home loan at 9.80% and currently paying 10.8%. If you want a lower rate of interest (They call it some interest swap feature) then you need to pay 2% of the total principal outstanding. Meaning, you pay more money to request them to lower the rate of interest. The other ridiculous stuff, the money making racket they have is when you go to do your pre payment. Say your EMI date is the 4th of the month, that means you need to do they pre payment of your loan by the 3rd or else the reduction in EMI post your pre payment will be effective after 2 months. Meaning, if you have a 20 lakh loan for example and you paid 10 lakhs on the 6th of December. Indiabulls Home Finance will keep the 10 lakhs in some account for 2 months and earn interest on it, and you will have to pay interest for 2 months on 20 lakhs. This is because you paid the homeloan on the 6th and not on the 3rd of the month. So, they get to earn interest on your pre paid amount of 10 lakhs and plus the interest you pay. To top it all they have the rudest staff members, they are not customer centric. Thanks to my experience, I would never ever go back to them for any loan. They are white collared thieves. PLEASE TAKE THE LOAN ONLY IF YOU ARE DUMB ENOUGH NOT TO UNDERSTAND THEIR MODUS OPERANDI.
