Bombay High Court (मुंबई उच्च न्यायालय) is located in Churchgate, Mumbai. It is one of the oldest High Courts of India and Historical place too. It has jurisdiction on Maharashtra and Goa, and, the Union Territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The 125th anniversary of the building was marked by the release of a book, commissioned by the Bar Association, called "The Bombay High Court: The Story of the Building - 1878–2003".

The Bombay High Court building is one of the finest examples of Colonial architecture in India, reminiscent of the British rule here. Sadly you can not enter with a camera here for security reasons. Even photography from outside is not allowed. You can see this while driving past the building which is majestic and well maintained. You will amazed to see there is no A.C. still the air is very cool. the light is perfect. Also see the art on the pillarts, the amazing gates, the crafted lions, and other animals.. and the Gothic tombs.. quite unique kind of architecture.. mixture of Indian, Islamic and European structural styles.
