Pathetic service!! We had gone for a IOL master (scan). Our appointment was at 4 pm. We reached there at 3.30 pm itself. They took the patient in after 5 pm. Surprising part is that technician was not even busy. He was just roaming around and changing TV channels. The procedure took only 5 mins but we wasted 1 hr 45 mins.
