Very nice setup and very cooperative operational staff. We havefrequently visited this place and our very happy with the treatment except for the staff at reception. They are frequently confused and sometimes pass down wrong information. Like today I enquired about Dopller test and i when i asked for the time of appointment, i was informed to come at 1 pm since queue was there. i reached at 12.10 pm and the security guard made us to sit till 12.25 pm . When we went inside reception told the test cannot happen now since time is up . Moreover they called up the cocerned person, saying the patient has come late due to traffic. White lies are fine to cover the errors of staff. But unnecessarily i missed the appointment for no fault of mine and being sunday open , it is preferable for working persons like us. But it will be better if this type of chaos can be avoided .Please donot take it as complain. Since we being customers also become a part of your company, it is just an advice. Please mention your test timings on the website. Regards Mala

I had visited VCare for blood test and sonography and I must say that I found the staff at the reception and the sisters quite helpful. Thank you for bringing such a good diagnostic centre in the neighbourhood.

Very pathetic experience.... the staff gives all wrong information over the phone.... basically misguiding the customer..... they just bang the phone even before finishing the conversation.....ridiculous experience in total.... lathargic staff....

Experience is pathetic.Three four times we have visited this diagnostic centre.They waste lots of time.For a single test be done you have to wait for almost one hour or more
