Neha MishraPathetic services, rude cold careless staff. They kept me waiting for half an hour in between the waxing and when finally came inside without taking precautions put the hot wax on my hands and my skin peeled off. Neither manger Rupal nor staff Roopali is sorry about the whole episode. They were not even courteous to get the medical attention for that and on top of it charged me for thr pathetic services. I will definitely take it to the consumer court or wherever it is required. Highly disappointing and not at all recommended.
