My advice: Better avoid him. First Mr. Jadhav asked me to bring the guy who had signed the surety document (for a car loan)... I know for a fact that the other party is almost never needed for notorising a car loan surety doc or a rent agreement for example. Then he said that the data need to be entered in some Govt register... God knows what register he was talking about. Perhaps he considers himself too smart or others too foolish........... or perhaps both. However, then he said that BECAUSE of these things he will charge me Rs. 250 per document. I know (through my lawyer friends) that the cost of notorising is Rs. 10-20 but people generally offer more because its a living for these washed up lawyers. But nonetheless, 250...... common! How much do you think you can fleece ??
