Shefali JhunjhunwallaThey at Advent Furniture do not believe in customer service. Have been chasing them for the last one month to come in and take care of a single seater swing which snapped at the top end. According to the owner the swing has rusted. If a product has rusted then the onus of the quality lies with the seller. Inspite of repeated calls and whatsapp follow ups they refuse to attend to my problem even at a cost.
