The worst banking experience so far! The procedures at the bank are absolutely un-customer friendly. I hold a non-resident account and from day one have had issues - non receipt of ATM cards/pins, passwords not working/log-in issues (most unfriendly online banking, try their password re-setting, you will know what I am saying)!! When you try calling Phone banking/customer support, its a joke! They did not recognize my registered phone (obviously I was using Reliance calling service to call India), but the IVR in the call center did not show my number. Was it my fault?! For non-residents, its important to consider other factors too besides the interest rate when you select a bank.
