Pushkar DasIts complete waste of tym, nd these people are even not bother to display ny messages on site whether it is under maintenance nd how much tym it will take to operate with little modest speed. I think it was another way to exploit people in this Information technology era by Govt by maintaining such slow sites and height is dat making online registration mandatory, similar to red tapism in earlier days.
