Staff is very friendly and courteous.they help to make the stay memorable. Service is prompt and good.everything regarding the facilities and amenities are informed clearly. Guests should also clear it themselves by asking Pool is decent for average swimmers Food is very good but a bit on the pricier side. Rooms are smaller than my liking.cleaning issues remain with carpeted floors.bed size is ok for a couple and a child. Location is good and there are various food options nearby for all types of budget. Few nice places are also nearby to visit.

Great rooms. Clean and quiet. Stayed here twice. Polite, courteous, professional staff. Cosy, comfortable ambience. The breakfast and dinner menu though needs more variety and taste.

Good place to stay in, rooms are very comfortable but the bathroom is a little too small for a king size room with very minimal basic amenities provided. Food is excellent at the "Tamarind" restaurant. Chef Suresh D. Shelar to be credited for presenting delicious food at the breakfast and dinner menu, which we had tasted during our 2 days of stay.

Great hotel. Had a good stay. Rooms, Services and food was excellent. Specially the staff was very pleasant,friendly and helpful. Also the location of the hotel is very good,near to many important places in Mumbai. From my personal experience i can highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Mumbai.
