Dhiren SirPlease do not come out of the shop without checking your items. I just bought spike shoes for my son 4 days back for my son who is 8 years, the sales person did not check the spike attached to the shoes and neither he told us to do so or tighten the spikes. After 2 days when he went for his regular coaching, he got heart on his knee with a scratch because one of the spike from the shoe came out. So the coach said that we have to put small spike screws since they were too big and when we called the shop they said we have to buy them by paying Rs. 100/- so today my wife had gone to the shop to buy the same and then the sale person said the inside part of the screw is damaged and we have to buy full new shoe. So i would suggest all to first ensure the material and then leave the shop so that you do not face this kind of service from them. Later it was changed and they charged us 70/- but first your refuse and then you do it. Also the sales person should clarify before he suggest the product to the end user.
