I always had a great experience with Veena world but this time while submitting the cheque for my next trip Ms. Shweta (sales management person at Borivali) changed my mind towards their training approach. Pathetic service and loaded attitude !!!! Probably she is related to the owner but it is not the way to behave with the customers specially in service industry.

Most pathetic experience ever with this travel group. Would highly recommend to avoid any travel plans with them. They providing customer solutions or good customer experience was in negative. Felt cheated. No value for money.

Staff is disinterested and least bothered. When I asked for a takeaway pamphlet/brochure, I got a curt NO as the answer - no explanation! We then decided to walk away and the main lady at their Borivali centre did not seem to care!
