15 January 2017 we were collected from our hotel to meet a flight to Chennai and Ally arrives 45 minutes late..then takes us to the wrong airport - and blames my husband after we sent him the flight details the night before and he confirmed receipt and all in order..no apology..he more annoyed than us. Then when we return to Mumbai on 25 January 2017, we had to use him again because we paid in advance (what a mistake) he collects us 15 min late, takes us to the hotel and tells us he will be back I 30 min, he has to go home to wash his face and change, he arrived 3 and a half hours later..with a bag he stored for us and a friend!!! we paid for a tour, it never happened most of the day was gone. Do note pay these people in advance, they over charge you and their service is shocking-we came from South Africa and we were disgusted with the services, we toured India and paid them for drivers and tours, we cancelled 2 of them because of the terrible service and lethargic drivers - when we arrived in Bangalore our driver was 40min late..no apology.. oh and NO REFUND!!!

Dharmesh was super helpful, reliable and created a very affordable travel package to Aurangabad for me and my eight friends! He organised the train tickets, hotel and an AC car to drive us around all very last minute! Dharmesh is very honest and his package ended up being much cheaper then if we had organised it ourself!
