Very bad experience with tristar and a very insulting one as well , the owner said that you can take the car anywhere so after the party we told him to drop one of our guest to another location however the driver refused and was very harsh and unpolite .Very bad customer survice i would give them zero stars , the next day we called the agency to check if one of our things has been left in the car the owner said that you can come and check however to our dismay when we reached der he had already closed his shop and ran away can you believe he closed his shop at 7.30 pmwhich he usually closes at around 9.30 pm this incident tells it all
